 Verified Spent a weekend out in Temecula/Canyon Lake and booked ETC Black Car for a half-day, and honestly, it made the whole experience feel elevated. Aaron was the standout. Super professional, easygoing, and just knew how to read the moment, whether that meant giving us space to vibe or sharing helpful local insight since I'm new to the area (and low-key considering a move ). Everything was seamless, on time, and just... smooth. When you're somewhere unfamiliar, service like this hits different. It gave me that "yeah, I could see myself here" feeling.  Verified I am searching for transportation to an airport, and I can't believe I did not give this a company an excellent review when I used them in 2024!  They were excellent in every way!  I had a round trip from South OC to LAX, 1:30 AM pick-up and an 8:00 PM pick-up.  Not only were their drivers early and professional, but they made me feel safe and comfortable.
