Spent a weekend out in Temecula/Canyon Lake and booked ETC Black Car for a half-day, and honestly, it made the whole experience feel elevated.

Aaron was the standout. Super professional, easygoing, and just knew how to read the moment, whether that meant giving us space to vibe or sharing helpful local insight since I'm new to the area (and low-key considering a move ). Everything was seamless, on time, and just... smooth.

When you're somewhere unfamiliar, service like this hits different. It gave me that "yeah, I could see myself here" feeling.

I was looking for a car service while we were in Temecula for my daughter's recent wedding. The first place I called was Elite Black Car... spoke to Aaron. Aaron took great care of us. I am searching for transportation to an airport, and I can't believe I did not give this a company an excellent review when I used them in 2024!  They were excellent in every way!  I had a round trip from South OC to LAX, 1:30 AM pick-up and an 8:00 PM pick-up.  Not only were their drivers early and professional, but they made me feel safe and comfortable. We need a car service about twice a year. We've tried several and they have been just ok. Elite Black Car will be our go to from now on. 
The owner was very communicative (text, email, phone call), and easy to work with. The driver picked us up on time at the international terminal at LAX. The car was very clean and comfortable.

Recently Booked Elite Black Car Transportation for a trip out of San Diego Int and for my return flight a week later. Great service, great communication showed up on time and kept me updated with text messages and calls all along the way.  When we landed we were promptly greeted with a text to let us know our driver was already at the location awaiting us with clear communication and where to meet. We booked a last minute ride for 6 home from a Halloween party.  The service was wonderful from beginning to end.  We even requested to change our plans at the last minute and they gladly accommodated us.  The pricing was the most reasonable. The car was brand new and spotless.  The driver was delightful.
